Because the AI companies are basically thievesReportedly, web site owners are placing increasingly large amounts of content out of the reach of AI training by specifying that limitation in robots.txt files that normally sit in the root directory. I was unable to find a robots.txt file at all for bogleheads.org, but that would seem like a good idea.
